Terrier Twelve - #10: Women's Lacrosse's Conry Logs Historic Season

June 28, 2019

For the 12th straight year, GoTerriers.com will once again count down the top 12 achievements of Boston University teams and student-athletes from the previous year. Check back each Tuesday and Friday as we reveal this year's Terrier Twelve.

Checking in at No. 10 in this year's Terrier 12 is women's lacrosse's Kailey Conry, who posted a record-breaking junior season. Conry led the NCAA with 3.67 assists per game, becoming the first Terrier in program history to lead the NCAA in an individual statistical category since 2009. That average is the fifth-highest average in NCAA history for assists per game in a single season.

Furthermore, the junior dished out 55 assists to break her own single-season assist record and broke the program's career assist mark against USC with her 115th career find.

The Needham, Massachusetts native posted a standout performance at Holy Cross on April 17, racking up 13 points and 10 assists, which were both the most points and assists a player in the NCAA recorded in a single game this past season. During that game, she also reached the 200-career point mark, becoming the fastest Terrier in program history to reach the milestone.
