BOSTON – After suffering an own goal in the final minute of the first half, the Boston University men's soccer team rallied late in the second to earn a 1-1 draw against Northeastern Tuesday evening at Nickerson Field.

Eitan Rosen netted the equalizer with assistance from classmate
Andrew Rent to help the Terriers (7-3-4) remain unbeaten at home with a 5-0-3 mark. They pressed the Huskies (3-6-5) over the final five minutes with four dangerous shots on goal, as the teams finished in a tie at Nickerson Field for the first time since 1996.

- BU earned corner kicks in the 21st and 26th minutes, respectively, but the Huskies were able to clear both of them quickly.

- After unable to get off a shot in the first half, the Terriers managed 11 in the second, starting with a dangerous header from freshman Keke Abai at 56:26.
- Rosen forced a save at 61:07 and went wide 15 minutes later.
- In the 82nd minute, Rent secured a loose ball near midfield and played it up to a sprinting Rosen, who drove into the box while being pressured and glided the ball past the diving Colby Hegarty.
- Rent later forced an impressive leaping save from Hegarty at 87:34 before senior Aidan Bone, Rosen and graduate student Quinn Matulis also put the ball on net before the game ended in a draw.
