WORCESTER, Mass. – In the final tune-up before the Patriot League tournament, the Boston University men's tennis team rolled to a 4-0 victory at Holy Cross.
With their fourth shutout of the season, the Terriers improve to 12-11 overall and 4-2 in conference play, while the Crusaders fll to 6-11 (0-6 PL). BU also extended its lead in the Turnpike Trophy all-sports competition against Holy Cross to 11-8 by winning two doubles matches for the first point and then capturing three singles points in straight sets.

Jonah Dickson led the way by going 2-0. Licea first teamed with sophomore
Dion Loutas for a 6-4 win in the No. 1 doubles slot and then cruised to a 6-0, 6-1 singles victory on court No. 3. Dickson and junior
Jose Maria Robalino clinched the first point by edging the Crusaders in the No. 2 tiebreaker, 7-3, for a 7-6 win after Holy Cross psted a 6-2 victory at line 3.
Dickson captured his singles point by posting a 6-3, 6-4 victory at line 6. Freshman
Corey Craig earned the other by dropping just five games in a 6-3, 6-2 win in the No. 2 slot. Robalino and junior
Ben Letzer were leading their respective singles matches when play was halted.
BU will next await word on the seeding for the PL tournament, which will take place on April 21-23 at Colgate with the automatic NCAA bid on the line.
