Reid Tabbed Hockey East Rookie of the Week

AMESBURY, Mass. – Freshman Lola Reid of the Boston University women's ice hockey team was named the Hockey East Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Week, the league announced Monday.
Reid scored the game-winning goal and tallied two assists in BU's season and league opening 7-1 win over Merrimack on Tuesday. She was one of two Terriers to go +3 in the game and blocked one shot.
Against No. 2 Minnesota, Reid recorded the primary assist on the Terriers' first goal in Sunday's game to tie things up 1-1. The Lincoln, Neb., native was +1 in the contest and also blocked one shot.
BU returns to Hockey East Play on Friday when it heads to Northeastern for a 7 p.m. tilt.
