ALLSTON, Mass. – The Boston University women's tennis team competed at the Harvard Fall Classic over the weekend. BU competed against opponents from Harvard, Boston College and Rhode Island.
 
In singles, senior Emily Zhao, freshman Vasilisa Borisova and junior Nancy Liu all went undefeated. Zhao and Borisova went 3-0, defeating opponents from all three schools BU faced. Liu went 2-0 with wins over BC and URI opponents.
 
In doubles, BU won a combined seven matches. Sophomore Gabriella Mikaul and junior Blanka DeMicheli teamed up to go 2-0 against their Harvard and BC opponents. Mikaul and Liu defeated opponents from URI while DeMicheli and senior Rhea Rai also defeated their URI foes to help Mikaul and DeMicheli go undefeated in doubles on the weekend.
 
The Terriers will compete next at the ITA Regional Championship on Thursday (Oct. 9) at Harvard. A full list of results from this weekend is available below.
