Kehm Named PL Defensive Player of the Week

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Senior Connor Kehm of the Boston University men's lacrosse team has been named Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week, the league announced on Monday.
Kehm had a monster day for the Terriers in their 13-5 victory over Dartmouth on Sunday, setting new career highs with 10 ground balls and five caused turnovers. He also held Dartmouth's Thomas Power, a preseason All-American, to zero points and five turnovers. Kehm also helped the Terriers pressure Dartmouth into 13 failed clears as BU held Dartmouth scoreless for the first 38:20 of the game.
A native of Glen Rock, N.J., Kehm is the first Terrier defender to record 10 ground balls since three-time All-American Roy Meyer had 10 ground balls against Bucknell on March 11, 2023. Kehm now leads the Terriers with 21 ground balls and seven caused turnovers this season. In 43 career games, Kehm has totaled 122 ground balls and 59 caused turnovers.
BU will return to action on Saturday, Feb. 21, when the No. 15/18 Terriers travel to Yale.
