BOSTON – Playing in its final road game during the 2025-26 regular season, the Boston University women's basketball program makes its way to Colgate on Wednesday (Feb. 18). Opening tip is set for 6 p.m.

BU (8-17, 4-10 PL) looks to close the year with its sixth road victory. The Terriers are shooting over 41 percent from the field in away contests.

Colgate (6-19, 2-12 PL) is amidst a four-game losing streak and sits two games behind BU in the Patriot League standings. The Terriers are tied with American for eighth place, one game behind Lafayette and Bucknell.

TERRIER TIDBITS

BU snapped its five-game losing streak with a 68-54 victory at Bucknell on Feb. 14.
The Terriers made over 53 percent of their shots and outscored Bucknell 40-22 in the second half.
Senior Anastasiia Semenova tied her career-highs with 21 points on nine field goals.
Junior Inés Monteagudo Pardo established new personal bests with 20 points and six three-pointers.
Classmate Bella McLaughlin registered 15 points, seven assists and six rebounds.
Monteagudo was an honorable mention for the Patriot League's weekly awards after hitting nearly 65 percent (11-for-17) of her three-pointers in two games last week. She's second in the conference with a .427 three-point percentage this year.
In 12 starts this year, McLaughlin is averaging 8.3 points and four assists per game. Off the bench, she records six points and 2.3 assists per contest.
Semenova has scored 10-plus points across nine games in 2025-26 after recording 10 such outings in her first two seasons combined.
The Terriers have scored at least 20 points in the paint in all but one Patriot League game this season. They are averaging 28.6 paint points per matchup.
BU is the first team in the Patriot League to play in its final regular season road contest.

SCOUTING COLGATE

The Raiders have lost four in a row, most recently dropping a 66-38 contest at Navy.
Colgate's lone league victories have come against fourth-place Lehigh and in its season opener against Lafayette.
During conference action, the Raiders are first with 12.4 offensive rebounds per game.
Ella Meabon is averaging 12.7 points during Patriot League games, the lone Raider in double figures.

Wednesday marks the 34th all-time meeting between BU and Colgate
The Terriers sport a 21-12 edge in the rivalry.
On the road, BU is 11-7.
The Terriers picked up a 58-54 win in Boston back on Jan. 24.
Tied at 50-50 with 1:02 left in regulation, BU made eight foul shots in the final minute. Semenova and senior Anete Adler each dropped 16 points.
