The Boston University women's ice hockey team will host No. 3 Northeastern on Saturday afternoon at Walter Brown Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 3 p.m.
This contest, originally scheduled for Jan. 22 at Agganis Arena, replaces the Terriers' Jan. 15 contest against Maine. the BU-Maine series slated for this weekend was postponed. Tickets for the original Jan. 15 contest against Maine will be honored at Saturday's game against Northeastern. A revised fan policy will be in effect for Saturday's game. All guests 12 years and older will be required to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test will no longer be accepted.
TERRIER TIDBITS
- BU has not played since Jan. 2, when the Terriers suffered a 3-0 setback to Penn State in Pittsburgh.
- That followed a 3-3 tie with Syracuse on Jan. 1.
- The Terriers have won their last three Hockey East contests, most recently completing a weekend sweep of Merrimack with a 4-1 victory at Walter Brown on Dec. 4.

- The Terriers tallied two power-play goals in the second stanza, with sophomore Julia Shaunessy and freshman Christina Vote finding the back of the net.
- For Vote, it was her first collegiate goal.
- Seniors Jesse DeVito and Courtney Correia assisted on Shaunessy's goal while juniors Julia Nearis and Brooke Ersoy provided the helpers on Vote's marker.
- Northeastern notched a power-play goal of its own later in the second frame.
- Senior Kate Stuart made 35 saves, including 11 in the third period, to preserve the victory.
