- Harvard followed up with a pair of corners that the Terriers were able to successfully defend against to maintain a scoreless deadlock entering the locker room.
- The Crimson scored the game's first goal at 48:03 when goalie Cullen MacNeil played a long pass from his box to the other side of the field for Ben Kelly to head onward to Xavier Tanyi, who quickly took a 25-yard shot past Saadat for the 1-0 lead.
- Saadat made a leaping stop in the 51st minute and helped the backline defend against the ensuing Crimson corner kick.

- Bone became the fourth Terrier this season to earn multiple goals this season.
- With Holmes and Soczynski both earning an assist, BU now has 11 Terriers with at least one helper and 14 total with at least one point.
- BU has had multiple Terriers assist on a goal four times out of 14 scores.

- Despite Harvard owning a 4-2 advantage in corners, the Terriers edged the Crimson in shots, 6-5, with Saadat earning all three saves recorded in the contest.
- Saadat was the only Terrier to play all 90 minutes, as 10 men came off the bench throughout the contest for BU.
- With the second consecutive tie between the two programs, Harvard now leads the series, 28-17-10. The teams last ended regulation deadlock in back-to-back season in 2012-13 and last had consecutive draws in 1999-2000.
- The Terriers will wrap up the homestand by hosting Bucknell on Saturday (Oct. 12) at 1 p.m.
- The Bison are currently atop the PL standings alongside Colgate with eight points apiece.
