Women’s Basketball Continues PL Play at Loyola Maryland

BOSTON – With less than a month remaining in the 2025-26 regular season, the Boston University women's basketball program heads to Loyola Maryland on Saturday (Feb. 7). Opening tip from Reitz Arena is set for 2:30 p.m.
BU (7-15, 3-8 PL) is in the second leg of a five-game span that features four road contests. The Terriers look to halt their three-game losing streak and capture their first road victory since Jan. 21.
Loyola Maryland (9-13, 5-6 PL) is 3-6 in Baltimore this season. The Greyhounds sit alone in fifth place in the Patriot League standings, two games ahead of BU.
Saturday's game airs on ESPN+ with live statistics available through Loyola's athletic department. The Patriot League will provide an international stream.

SCOUTING LOYOLA MARYLAND
- Since their win over the Terriers on Jan. 17, the Greyhounds have lost four of five games.
- Loyola Maryland is 2-3 in home matchups against Patriot League competition.
- Lex Therien continues to lead the Greyhounds with 16.5 points and 8.9 rebounds per game.
- After returning from injury, Kimmie Hicks has averaged 10.8 points in four conference contests.
- Loyola Maryland has allowed just 28.5 rebounds per game during league action, the fewest amount among its counterparts.
- Saturday marks the 27th all-time meeting between BU and Loyola Maryland.
