Men's Ice Hockey Places Program-Record 22 on Hockey East All-Academic Team

AMESBURY, Mass. - A program-record 22 members of the Boston University men's ice hockey team were named to the league's All-Academic Team, as announced on Wednesday.
All 22 Terriers achieved a GPA of 3.0 or better in each semester during the 2024-25 season. The Terriers have placed at least 11 student-athletes on the Hockey East All-Academic Team in each of the last six years, including 15+ in all four seasons that head coach Jay Pandolfo has been in charge.
Ten of the 22 Terriers were repeat selections, highlighted by three-time honorees Aiden Celebrini, Mick Frechette and Max Lacroix. Kamil Bednarik, Sascha Boumedienne, Jack Harvey, Cole Hutson, Gavin McCarthy, Brandon Svoboda and Mikhail Yegorov all earned All-Academic distinction for a second time.
Carter Amico, Jay Feldberg, Conrad Fondrk, Kyle Kim, Tynan Lawrence, Steven Luciano, Ben Merrill, Jonathan Morello, Ryder Ritchie, Charlie Trethewey and Malte Vass all secured a spot on the squad in their first year of eligibility while Nick Roukounakis was also a first-time honoree.
