Natalie Wills enters her third season as an assistant coach for the Boston University women's lacrosse team in 2014-15.

Wills joined BU women's lacrosse head coach Liz Robertshaw's staff in the summer of 2012 after a four-year career at Vanderbilt University. A goalkeeper for the Commodores, Wills played in 59 games starting 57 of them, and finished her career with 426 saves. During her senior season, Wills saw action in all 16 games, making 14 starts for Vanderbilt and helped bolster team wins against top 20 teams Duke, Stanford, Boston College and Johns Hopkins. As a sophomore, Wills helped the team reach the ALC Championship and was a member of the 2009-10 U.S. National Team, where she was the youngest goalie on the roster.

"I have watched Natalie throughout her career at Vanderbilt and as a member of the US Team and having the chance to add her to our staff is exciting for me as well as our defensive unit," said Robertshaw. "It was a priority for me to bring in someone who could work with our goaltenders and help bring their game to the next level and I feel Natalie is the right person to do it."

The three-time SEC Academic All-American also served as the women's club lacrosse coach for Chesapeake Lacrosse from 2009 to 2011. She worked with girls ranging from 10 to 16 years old and her duties included organizing practices and aiding the athletes in the college recruitment process.

Wills graduated from Vanderbilt in May 2012 with a degree in human and organizational development after being named to the Dean's List for three consecutive years. The Kent Island, Md., native was an Under Armour All-American at St. Mary's High School and was chosen to the 2008 Tewaarton High School Team. She was a two-time First-Team All-County honoree and member of the Lacrosse Mid-Atlantic Team.
