Maggie Diggins returned to the Boston University Department of Athletics as an assistant director, business & financial operations, in August 2021. She had previously been an administrative assistant with the department from July 2019 to April 2021.
While an administrative assistant, Diggins' responsibilities included working with the business office regarding the procurement and payment for all clothing and equipment ordered in the department, as well as working administratively with half of the varsity programs.
Prior to arriving at BU, Diggins was a four-year member of the Holy Cross women's rowing team. She captained the squad for two seasons and was also a 360 Leader in the Holy Cross Leadership Academy.
Diggins graduated from Holy Cross in 2017, earning a bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in Africana studies. She then received a master’s of sports leadership degree with a focus in collegiate athletics administration from Northeastern in 2019.
