Women's Lacrosse Announces Fall Schedule

The Terriers welcome players from past and present BU squads to the Alumni game on Saturday, Sept. 26. The game will take place at Nickerson Field and is slated to begin at noon. After the game, participants will celebrate the 2009 season, which saw BU go undefeated in conference action and take home the America East title, with a team banquet.
The following weekend, the Terriers travel across the river to Harvard Stadium to take part in the Harvard Playday. BU, along with Harvard, Stanford and Massachusetts, will play abbreviated games against each other beginning at 11:30 a.m. BU will face Massachusetts at 12:40 p.m., and Harvard at 3 p.m., to end the day’s events.
On October 3, BU will be one of five teams, along with Harvard, Stanford, Boston College, and New Hampshire, to take part in the Beanpot Tournament, also held at Harvard Stadium. The Terriers begin the day facing Stanford at 9:10 a.m., and will go on to play New Hampshire at 10:20 a.m., and Boston College at 1:50 p.m.
The Terriers close out their fall slate with two head-to-head matches in Connecticut. On October 17, BU heads down to New Haven to take on Yale and the final game of the fall schedule comes against Connecticut in Storrs at 2 p.m., on October 24.
