Terriers Host Annual Alumni Game

BOSTON – The Boston University women’s lacrosse team hosted its annual alumni game this past weekend. 27 players representing the classes of 2001-2009 attended the festivities over the weekend, which included the game and a tailgate event for all participants.
2009 America East Player of the Year and first-team All-American Sarah Dalton made her return to Boston and continued her scoring ways, finishing with six goals on the afternoon. Lauren Beatty and current BU assistant coach Anne Sheridan combined for a solid effort in net for the alums, but in the end, the young Terriers were too much for the graduates, taking a 13-9 victory. After the game the Terrier Parents hosted a tailgate for all current and former players.
BU is back in action this weekend at Harvard as they play in the Harvard Playday on Saturday, and the Beanpot Tournament on Sunday. Schedules for events are as follows:
