
Lacrosse to Host Pair of Clinics Beginning in January

Head coach Liz Robertshaw and the Boston University lacrosse coaching staff will host a pair of preseason clinics beginning in January 2011.
The Preseason Training Session, designed to improve stick work, agility and shooting skills, will take place at Boston University's Track & Tennis Center on Sat., Jan. 22, 2011. The clinic will run from 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Beginning on Sun., Jan. 30 and held on subsequent Sundays until Feb. 20, the Terrier coaching staff will host the Girls' Winter Clinic Series at BU's Case Gym. Designed to improve stick work, agility and shooting and dodging skills, the clinic is open to all players in grades 7-12 and will run from 6-8 p.m.
Both clinics will feature specialized training for goalkeepers that focuses on technique, positioning and communication. The BU coaching staff and members of the 2011 Terrier lacrosse team will lead the instruction at all clinics.
