Curley Named YRL Unsung Heroes Award Finalist

BRONXVILLE , N.Y. – Maddie Curley of the Boston University women's lacrosse team has been named one of 10 finalist for the Yeardley Reynolds Love (YRL) Unsung Hero Award. The award recognizes the accomplishments of two Division I lacrosse players (one male, one female) who demonstrate dedication, integrity, humility, hard work, community service, leadership, kindness and sportsmanship – all qualities that Yeardley Love exemplified throughout her life.
Curley was instrumental in organizing BU's One Love Game on April 15 against Navy. The two award winners will be announced on May 22, 2017.
