
Meegan Earns First Team All-ECAC Honors

Danbury, Conn. - Senior goalkeeper Caroline Meegan of the Boston University women's lacrosse team continued to rack up the postseason awards as she was named to the All-ECAC First Team, as announced by the organization Tuesday.
The senior previously was named the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year, and also earned spots on the All-Patriot League First Team, Patriot League All-Tournament Team and IWLCA All-Northeast Region Second Team.
Meegan led the league in saves (218), saves per game (12.11) and save percentage (.515) in her final campaign. A four-year starter in in net, she saved her best for last as she broke BU's single-season saves record with 218 and finished second all-time in career saves with 603.
