BOSTON - Robbie Pisano has been named an assistant coach of the Boston University women's lacrosse team, as announced by head coach Lauren Morton on Monday.
No stranger to Boston, Pisano joins the Terriers after serving this past year as an assistant coach on the Harvard women's lacrosse staff. Pisano played a key role in guiding Julia Glynn to lead the NCAA in goals per game (4.60) and rank second in points per game (6.33) en route to earning Ivy League Attacker of the Year honors.
Prior to his stint with the Crimson, the Needham, Massachusetts native was a four-year member of the men's lacrosse team at Marquette. Playing midfield, he appeared in 30 games for the Golden Eagles and was a part of two Big East championship squads. A member of SAAC at Marquette, he was a Big East All-Academic team member from 2014-17.
Pisano graduated from Marquette in 2017 with a degree in advertising.
