LEWISBURG, Pa. – Sophomore Reilly Agres made a career-high 16 saves, and freshman Matty Spaeth potted the game-winning goal 48 seconds into overtime to power the Boston University women's lacrosse team over Bucknell 11-10 on Saturday afternoon at Graham Field.

  • BU got within 5-3 on redshirt junior Teagan Lucchese's score from in front with 5:36 until halftime, but Colleen Kelly and Caroline Miller scored to give Bucknell its largest lead of the day, 7-3.
  • Gola scored with 1:09 on the clock until halftime to cut the deficit to three, then opened the third quarter with another tally off Spaeth's pass to make it 7-5 Bison.
  • Allie Boyce buried a free position opportunity with 9:35 to play in the third quarter to extend Bucknell's advantage to 8-5.
  • Junior Lauren Kaye capitalized on a player-up chance for the Terriers at the 5:22 mark, then Isaacson netted her first with 2:55 to go in the stanza.
  • Barry took a pass from Kaye, fought off contact, and beat Tucker at the buzzer to tie the game at 8-8 after three quarters.
  • The first goal of the fourth quarter didn't come until the clock read 6:45, when Tatumn Kohlbrenner lit the lamp for Bucknell to put the home team ahead 9-8.
  • Isaacson drilled a free position goal with 3:15 remaining to knot the game at 9-9, then received Lucchese's pass on the doorstep and found twine with 32.2 seconds left.
  • On the ensuing possession, Wendell found Miller with 12.8 seconds left to send the game to the extra period.
  • After earning possession, Barry rolled around the right of the 12-meter fan and gave off to Spaeth at the top. The rookie dodged her defender and raced in, beating Tucker low to capture the victory.
