
Paul Leads Team USA at Junior World Cup

SANTIAGO, Chile - Boston University associate head field hockey coach Tracey Paul is set to lead the U.S. U-21 Women's National Team at the 2023 FIH Hockey Women's Junior World Cup (JWC), which got underway on Wednesday. Team USA opens play on Thursday against Japan at 10 a.m. ET.
The JWC will be held Nov. 29 through Dec. 10 at the National Stadium Sports Park in Santiago, Chile. All matches will be streamed live on the Watch.Hockey app.
The No. 5 Junior Eagles begin are in Pool D with No. 4 England, No. 12 New Zealand and No. 15 Japan. After opening against Japan on Thursday, they will play England on Friday (Dec. 1) at 4:30 p.m. ET and their final match before crossovers will be against New Zealand on Sunday (Dec. 3) at 10:00 a.m. ET.
Paul led Team USA to gold at the 2023 Junior Pan American Championships this past April, marking just the second JPAC title in Team USA history, to qualify for the JWC.
