BOSTON – Boston University women's lacrosse (7-8, 2-5 PL) is set to host Bucknell (6-8, 2-5 PL) on Saturday (April 22) for senior day and Lax-A-Palooza. Opening draw against the Bison is set for 4 p.m.
Lax-A-Palooza will feature food trucks on Braves Plaza, a 21+ only beer garden in the grotto, music and more. There will be free admission for kids eighth grade and below and the day will be an Earth Day 365 Event for Zero Waste. Postgame autographs will also take place by the stairs of section 18.

TERRIER TIDBITS
- Most recently, BU lost on the road at Lehigh in an 13-9 decision.
- Five separate Terriers scored in the loss and were led by grad student Maddie MacMaster with three goals.
- MacMaster netted seven goals last week for BU to earn an honorable mention for Midfielder of the Week from the Patriot League.
- Senior Claire Gola's 27 goals, 25 ground balls and 24 caused turnovers lead BU in each category.
- Three Terriers are on a multiple-game points streak in senior Jennifer Barry (six), MacMaster (four) and freshman Jayne Feeney (two).
- Barry has registered 117 draw controls this season to lead BU. Gola is second in the category with 42 and junior Ellen Monahan is third with 39.
- Barry also leads the team in assists with 16. Behind her are MacMaster and sophomore Hannah Tillier who are tied for second with 12 and sophomore Libby Carbo who is third with 10.
- The Terriers have completed a successful clear 222 times this season.
- This season, BU is 3-4 at home.
SCOUTING THE BISON
- Bucknell is 6-8 overall this season with a 2-5 Patriot League record.
- The Bison dropped their most recent contest to No. 10 Loyola, 21-5.
- Bucknell's two league wins came against American, 20-11, and Lafayette, 17-15.
- The Bison's four other wins came earlier in the season and were all back-to-back against Marist, Robert Morris, St. Bonaventure and Mount St. Mary's.
- Bucknell's largest margin of victory is 16 goals thanks to a 22-6 win over St. Bonaventure.
- On the road, Bucknell is 4-3.
- The 33 athletes on the Bucknell roster are led by head coach Jackie Dando who is in her fourth season.
THE SERIES
- BU leads the series against Bucknell 8-1.
- The Terriers' sole loss occurred in the first meeting between the teams in 1996 in a 12-8 decision.
- In the most recent meeting, BU won in overtime 11-10 on the road.
