Barry Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

BOSTON – Jennifer Barry of the Boston University women's lacrosse team was named to the 2023 Academic All-District® Women's At-Large Team, the College Sports Communicators announced. The team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the athletic realm and in the classroom.
Barry now advances to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. Those selections will be announced June 22.
The senior was most recently named to the Academic All-Patriot League Team following a stellar season in the classroom and on the field. Her 47 points from 26 goals and a team-leading 21 assists helped her end the season on a nine-game points streak. A Behavior & Health major in Sargeant College, Barry was one of two members of the women's lacrosse team to receive a 4.0 in the spring semester.
Additionally, Barry was named to the First-Team All-Patriot League and the IWLCA All-Northeast Region Second Team. She posted 139 draw controls on the season to total 376 in her career which leads BU all-time.
