Men's Tennis to Wrap Three-Match Weekend at the TTC against Bentley

BOSTON – After competing in a doubleheader on Saturday, the Boston University men's tennis team will host Bentley at the Track & Tennis Center on Sunday with action slated to begin at 10:45 a.m.
The Terriers went 2-0 last weekend with wins at Fordham (6-1) and Sacred Heart (5-2) to improve to 3-2 on the year. They will first visit MIT (0-0) on Saturday (Feb. 10) at 1 p.m. and then face Stonehill (3-2) at 6:45 p.m. at the Waltham Tennis Club in Waltham.
The Skyhawks own wins over Springfield College (6-1), Roger Williams (9-0) and Wheaton (8-1) alongside losses to LIU (5-2) and Siena (5-2). Bentley is 4-3 with a 4-3 victory over Merrimack, 8-1 win at Endicott, 8-1 win at Colby-Sawyer and 4-3 victory against Assumption. The Falcons fell to Adelphi, St. Michael's and Southern New Hampshire by a combined score of 19-2.
For BU, sophomore Corey Craig owns a perfect 4-0 record at No. 1 singles in dual play. Both seniors Ben Letzer and Jonah Dickson lead the Terriers overall at seven wins apiece.
On the doubles side, Dickson and junior Cole Knutsen are 9-4, including 1-4 in the top slot, while Craig and classmate Jakob Esterowitz are 3-1 with a perfect 3-0 mark at line 3.
Following the busy weekend, BU will next visit Bryant on Friday (Feb. 16) at 1:45 p.m.
