TERRIER TIDBITS
- The Terriers have clinched a spot in the Patriot League tournament for the first time since 2023 and can finish as high as fourth in the Patriot League standings with a win and a Bucknell loss.
- The Terriers outscored Bucknell 8-1 in the second half and won 13-4 on Saturday (April 18).
- Senior Elle Stevenson scored four goals and added an assist, juniors Tessa Geddes and Reilly Walsh each scored three goals and had an assist, senior Alyssa Mozi scored a goal and notched three assists, senior Jayne Feeney tallied a goal and assist and junior Izabella Amonte scored a goal.
- Sophomore Kaitlyn Barton caused four turnovers, a new career high.
- Senior Siri Hodgins caused three turnovers and pushed her season total to 36 — that mark is the most in a season by a Terrier since Gabby Juocys tallied 41 in 2002.
- Junior goalkeeper Natalie Aiosa made five saves in the second half and nine overall.
- Geddes was named the Patriot League Midfielder of the Week on Monday (April 20) after she powered the Terriers to a 2-0 week after scoring seven total goals and notching an assist against Bucknell and Colgate.
- Her award is the Terriers' first Midfielder of the Week honor since 2023.
- She currently has 182 career draw controls, which ranks tied for fifth all-time at BU with current head coach Lauren Morton.
- With three goals at Bucknell, she became the first Terrier to score 40 goals in a season since 2017, when Mackenzie Larivee had 40.
- Stevenson now sits at 91 career goals.
- Siri Hodgins enters the weekend ranked third in the Patriot League and 25th in NCAA DI in caused turnovers per game with 2.17.
- She has 36 caused turnovers, the most in a season since Gabby Juocys caused 41 in 2002. Juocys' mark is the program record for CT in a season.
- Aiosa earned a Patriot League honorable mention after recording a .481 save percentage and 7.00 GAA in the wins over Bucknell and Colgate.
- The Crusaders are fighting for a playoff spot as they sit tied for fifth in the Patriot League standings.
- Holy Cross is 4-4 in the Patriot League and 6-9 overall. It earned a 14-9 win over No. 17 Loyola Maryland on Saturday (April 18), the first victory over a ranked team in program history.
- Sophomore Hadley Cepiel leads the team in goals with 37, while junior Kate Avitabile has 46 assists and 55 total points to lead the team in both categories.
- 2025 All-Patriot League First Team honoree Racheli Levy-Smith has been outstanding on both the draw and the defensive side, totalling 158 draw controls, 37 caused turnovers and 36 ground balls, all three of which rank in the top five in the Patriot League.
- Goalkeeper Mackenzie Creagh has a .398 save percentage and a 12.99 GAA.
- This will be the 19th meeting between the Terriers and Crusaders, dating back to 1984.
- The Terriers are 13-5 against the Crusaders all-time, despite Holy Cross winning each of the last four contests.
- Holy Cross earned an 18-12 win at Nickerson Field in 2025.
- In that game, Leah Hodgins had four goals, Izabella Amonte notched three goals, Tessa Geddes had two and Elle Stevenson scored one.
