Carly Randall joined the Boston University men’s and women’s lacrosse programs as their director of operations in August 2021.
Randall arrived at BU following a two-year stint as an assistant coach at Wesleyan. She was only able to coach four games during her time at Wesleyan due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the Cardinals won all four contests with Randall on the sideline.
Prior to her tenure at Wesleyan, Randall was a program director for Harlem Lacrosse at Young Achievers Middle School in Boston. While there, Randall developed and led practice plans for beginner to intermediate players year-round.
Randall was a four-year member of the Syracuse women’s lacrosse team and graduated cum laude in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in education with a minor in sociology. She was named the Fred Brightman Scholar-Athlete Award winner by the Syracuse University Alumni Club of Rochester in 2017 and was a nominee for the Soladay Award, which is considered the most prestigious award given to a student-athlete by the Syracuse Department of Athletics.
