PRINCETON, N.J. - Facing off against its first ranked team in a month, the Boston University women's tennis team fell at No. 28 Princeton, 7-0, on Sunday morning. The Tigers improve to 12-5 after snapping the Terriers' (7-8) five-match win streak.

After the Tigers won the No. 2 doubles match, Stefanie Nunic and Vivien Laszloffy battled the No. 19-ranked team of Hilary Bartlett and Taylor Marable before falling, 8-6. Petra Santini and Inayat Khosla pulled out an 8-7(0) win at No. 3 doubles to avoid the sweep.
In singles, Nunic won the second set against No. 81 Barlett in the top singles spot but eventually lost 7-5, 4-6, 10-3. Jessi Linero also won a set but had a similar result, losing to Sarah Hoffman, 6-2, 5-7, 10-7.
The Terriers will next travel to Virginia for March 27-28 to face off against No. 71 William & Mary and No. 23 VCU.
