
Terriers Start Spring Break with 6-1 Win over Buffalo

CORAL GABLES, Fla. - Capturing five singles points, the No. 62 Boston University women's tennis team opened Spring Break with a 6-1 victory over Buffalo in the first of four matches this week. With the win, the Terriers improve to 7-4, while the Bulls dropped to 3-4.
The 68th-ranked doubles team of Stefanie Nunic and Vivien Laszloffy started the day with a convincing 8-2 victory in the top spot, which led to a three-match sweep. In singles action, Nunic claimed the top singles spot, 6-4, 6-2.
Freshman Leonie-Charlotte Athanasiadis had the top performance of the day, dropping just one game in the No. 4 slot for the 6-0, 6-1 win.
The Terriers will next face South Alabama on Tuesday, March 15.
