BOCA RATON, Fla. - Continuing Spring Break in Florida, the Boston University women's tennis team earned a 5-2 victory over South Alabama Tuesday afternoon. With the win, the Terriers improve to 8-4, while the Jaguars drop to 1-4.
BU captured two of the three doubles matches and four of the six singles contests for the victory. Sophomore Jessi Linero and senior Vanessa Steiner led the way by winning all 12 games in the No. 5 and 6 singles spots, respectively.
The Terriers will next play at Auburn on Saturday, March 19.
