
Women's Tennis Announces Team Captains

The trio was part of last year's squad that went 14-7 and claimed the Patriot League title in its inaugural season by eliminating nine-time defending conference champion Army.
Native of Tampere, Finland, Hyoty went 18-10 in singles and 21-9 in doubles to claim Patriot League Player of the Year honors for BU's first major year-end award since 2010. She won a combined 34 of 38 games in singles action to earn PL Tournament MVP honors.
Lieb has earned 37 singles victories during her collegiate career at BU. Last season, the Newtown, Pa., native went 14-7 and finished the year winning her final seven singles matches. As a sophomore she received All-Conference accolades after claiming a win at No. 3 against then-No. 63 Boston College.
Wyman was born in Massachusetts but developed into a two-time district singles champion in Naples, Fla., before returning to the Commonwealth to play for the Terriers. Last season, she collected a pair of wins with straight-set decisions against UMass and Providence.
