BOSTON – Concluding a three-game homestand, the Boston University men's soccer team will host Lehigh on Saturday with a 4 p.m. start time. The contest will be part of a Terrier soccer doubleheader, as the women will host Lafayette at 1 p.m.

TERRIER TIDBITS

Selected to finish second in the Patriot League preseason poll, the Terriers are currently 1-0-0 in the standings after posting a 2-1 home win against American last Saturday.
Despite missing the last four games due to injury, junior Matt McDonnell still leads the Patriot League with six goals.
Sophomore Austin D'Anna is the reigning PL Offensive Player of the Week following a three-point performance against the Eagles and a goal at Harvard.
Freshman Kari Petursson is second on the team behind McDonnell's 12 points with six (2g,2a) after scoring a goal in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to Brown.
Both sophomore Toti Knutsson and senior T.J. Butzke lead the Terriers with three assists apiece.
Opponents are averaging two more shots per game than BU.
In five starts, senior Mike Bernardi owns a 1.55 goals against average with a 0.784 save percentage, while sophomore William Bonnelyche has a 2.13 GAA and 0.526 save percentage in four starts.

SCOUTING LEHIGH

The Mountain Hawks were selected to finish tied-for-third in the Patriot League preseason poll with Colgate after posting an 11-7-1 (5-3-1 PL) record last year.
Lehigh opened PL play with a dominating 3-0 win at Army West Point and is now looking to bounce back from Tuesday's 3-2 OT loss to Cornell.
Owner of a 4-1-0 road record with key non-conference victories at St. John's and George Washington, Lehigh has only been shut out once this season in a 0-0 draw against Penn.
An All-American and reigning PL Offensive Player of the Year, Mark Forrest leads Lehigh with 10 points (3g,4a), while Josh Luchini has a team-high four goals with one assist.
Will Smith has played every minute at net for the Mountain Hawks and owns a 0.813 save percentage with a 0.96 goals against average.

SERIES HISTORY

The Terriers lead the series, 4-2-0, and are 1-1-0 at home with a 1-0 victory in 2013 and 3-2 loss in 2015.
BU prevailed last year, 2-0, on the road despite Lehigh posting a 15-7 advantage in shots and 10-2 lead in corner kicks.
Knutsson converted on a penalty kick in the ninth minute and then helped set up junior Mana Chavali's goal in the 74th.
Bernardi had four saves in the shutout win, while Will Smith had two stops for Lehigh.
