BOSTON - Coming off its first win of the season, the Boston University women's lacrosse team will resume competition as it visits Hartford on Saturday, Feb. 23. Opening draw from Al-Marzook Field is set for 11 a.m.
TERRIER TIDBITS
- BU was in total control in its home opener last Saturday, cruising past UMass Lowell 17-12 as Lauren Morton earned her first win as a collegiate head coach.
- Kailey Conry recorded her 100th career assist in the first half and added in two scores as part of a six-point day.
- Conry is 15 assists shy of setting the program's all-time assists record.
- Kaitlin Belval dominated on the draw with seven wins, while Kennady Smith made two saves to earn her first career win in net.
- Tonianne Magnelli was named the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week after piling up six draw controls, three ground balls, two caused turnovers against UMass Lowell.
- The honor marked the first weekly award she has received from the conference.
- Emma Privitera set the single-game saves record in Hartford' most recent out, notching 16 saves in an 11-8 defeat to Central Connecticut on Wednesday.
- Fellow Patriot League member Army West Point routed the Hawks, 22-5, in their season opener Feb. 16.
- Opponents are averaging 16.5 points per game compared to Hartford's average of 6.5 goals per contest.
- Cassidy Hock started in net against the Black Knights and held the program saves record for a week with 15 stops until Privitera set the current mark against the Blue Devils.
- Billy McLaughlin leads the team with five points, coming on three assists and a pair of goals.
- Three other Hawks have matched McLaughlin with two goals each, while five other players have found the back of the net.
- This will be the first time the Terriers and Hawks will square off against one another.

- BU will return to Nickerson Field on Wednesday, Feb. 27 for a 4 p.m. start against Fairfield.
