CENTRE VALLEY, Pa. - Eighteen members of the Boston University women's soccer team were named to the 2019 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the conference announced Tuesday.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the semester of their sport's competition.
"We are so proud of all our student-athletes, but especially those that are high achievers in the academic arena while balancing the demands of being a Division I competitor." said head coach Nancy Feldman.
The Patriot League's 10 women's soccer programs combined to place 198 student-athletes on the 2019 Patriot League Women's Soccer Academic Honor Roll. American, Colgate, and Holy Cross all tied for the highest number of student-athletes on the 2019 Patriot League Women's Soccer Academic Honor Roll with 24 each. Lehigh and Loyola Maryland closely followed with 23 student-athletes each. BU, Bucknell, and Lafayette all placed 18 apiece on the list, while Army West Point (13) and Navy (12) rounded out the list.
