
Carlsten Selected as PL Player of the Week

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Senior Victoria Carlsten of the Boston University women's tennis team was named the Patriot League Player of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.
Carlsten went undefeated in BU's 7-0 win over UConn on Wednesday. In doubles, she teamed with junior Nina Gulbransen and won 6-1 at line three to set the foundation for the doubles point. Her momentum continued into singles where she dominated with a 6-1, 6-1 victory at the top of the lineup to give BU its third point of the match.
This marks her second player of the week nod this season after first earning the honor on Jan. 23. The Malmo, Sweden, native boasts a 7-4 record in singles and a 6-4 doubles record in dual matches this year.
The Terriers compete next at FIU on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
