The Boston University field hockey team will start a three-game road stretch on Sunday (Oct. 11) with a short trip to face crosstown rival Boston College.
The Terriers, winners of four straight, are in search of their first five-game win streak since the Spring 2021 season.

- BU moved to 3-0 in Patriot League play for the first time in four years with a 3-1 home win over Holy Cross on Friday.Â

- Sunday marks the final game of a four-game homestand for the Eagles.Â
- The Eagles are coming off a 4-1 win over No. 15 Virginia on Friday that marked their eighth ranked opponent of the season.
- BC's other wins this season have come against Providence, Maine, Ohio State and Northeastern
- Freshman Maren Boyle and sophomore Caroline Chisholm each have four goals and an assist while senior Madelieve Drion also has nine points with two goals and a team-best five assists.
- Senior Charlotte Kramer has started all 12 games in goal this season and currently has a 1.51 goals-against average and a .735 save percentage.
SERIES HISTORY
- BU earned a 1-0 home win over BC last season to snap a seven-game losing streak in the series between the rivals.Â
