- Sophomore Ben Merrill's goal 6:40 into the third period broke a 1-1 tie.
- BU got out to a 1-0 lead thanks to senior Mick Frechette's goal, but the Bears evened the score at 15:19 of the second stanza. • Merrill's tip-in of junior Adam Barone's shot pulled BU back in front before senior captain Jack Harvey iced the game with an empty-net goal.
- Junior Kamil Bednarik assisted on the Terriers' first two goals while Barone, freshman Niklas Aaram-Olsen and sophomores Ryder Ritchie and Carter Amico each had one assist.
- Senior goaltender Max Lacroix was sharp all night, making 22 saves.
