Aiming for its sixth Patriot League regular-season title in the past eight years, the Boston University field hockey team visits Bucknell for the final contest of the regular season.
A win by the Terriers would give them an outright title while a Bucknell win would create a four-way share of the regular-season crown.
TERRIER TIDBITS
- BU last played on Sunday, Oct. 23, and dropped a 3-1 contest to then-No. 21 Boston College in its non-conference finale.
- Sophomore Payton Anderson was named Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week after recording her first collegiate hat trick in a win over then-No. 23 Maine and then scoring BU's lone goal against BC.
- Senior Caroline Kelly won her second PL Goalkeeper of the Week award this season as she made 12 saves in the win over the Black Bears before adding a season-best 13 saves versus the Eagles.
- Kelly raised her save percentage to .785 in the process and that mark currently ranks 13th in the nation.
- Junior Tess Csejka continues to lead the team in both goals (9) and points (19) while Anderson ranks second in both with 17 points and eight goals.
- Graduate student Casey Thompson and junior Thalia Steenssens share the squad lead in assists with eight apiece.
SCOUTING BUCKNELL
- The Bison ended a five-game losing streak last Sunday with a 3-2 home win over Lock Haven.
- Bucknell's other wins this season have come against Central Michigan, Holy Cross, Lafayette and Colgate.
- Sunday's contest marks the end of a five-game homestand for Bucknell.
- Sophomore Lily Neilson's 27 points lead the Bison and she ranks first amongst Patriot League players in both points and goals (13).
- Four other Bison players have 10 or more points this season including senior Mackensie Kile, who leads the PL in assists with 11.
- Senior Clara McCormick has started in goal in 13 of the Bison's 16 contests this season and currently has a .567 save percentage and 3.09 goals-against average.
SERIES HISTORY
- The Terriers are 10-4 all-time against Bucknell but have dropped the past three meetings, which all took place on New Balance Field.
- The past two meetings both resulted in 2-1 overtime wins by the Bison.
- The Terriers are 3-1 all-time in Lewisburg.

- The Terriers are back in the Patriot League tournament after a year hiatus.
