BOSTON – Fresh off the program's first Patriot League regular season championship, the Boston University women's basketball program ignites the 2023-24 campaign with a home matchup against UMass Lowell on Monday (Nov. 6). Opening tip is set for 6 p.m.
BU comes off a 24-win season in 2022-23, the second-highest win total in a single year in program history. The Terriers went 17-1 against Patriot League foes en route to its second Patriot League title game appearance in three seasons and its fifth-ever WNIT berth.
UMass Lowell looks to improve on its five-win performance a season ago. The River Hawks start this year with three-consecutive road games prior to its home opener.
