WAKEFIELD, Mass. - Freshman
Clayton Keller of the No. 7/6 Boston University men's ice hockey team captured his third straight Hockey East Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Month honor on Wednesday after tallying 12 points in February on seven goals and five assists.
The first-year forward led all league freshmen in goals, points, goals per game (0.88), points per game (1.50), shorthanded goals (1) while leading all Hockey East players in shots on goal (47). He totaled four multiple-point games, including a pair of two-goal efforts, and had a plus-six rating over the course of BU's eight games in the month.
