LEWISBURG, Pa. – Due to rain, the softball series at Bucknell has been postponed to Sunday. The doubleheader is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
A third game could be played dependent on Holy Cross' contest against Lafayette on Sunday and the weather. Due to Lafayette beating Holy Cross twice today, the Bison need either a three-game sweep over BU or two wins against the Terriers and a third loss by the Crusaders to the Leopards to clinch the fourth and final Patriot League tournament slot.
In other PL news, Lehigh defeated Colgate in the first game of a doubleheader to clinch the No. 1 seed and right to host next week's PL tourney, which will begin on Thursday, May 11. BU will be the No. 2 seed and will face No. 3 Army at a time to be determined.
