Jenn Wakefield Named Student-Athlete of the Week

Junior Jenn Wakefield has been named this week's GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week after helping lead the No. 5 Terriers to a 4-0 win over Connecticut on Saturday afternoon.
Wakefield tallied three points (2g, 1a), including both her team-leading fifth game-winning goal and fourth power-play marker, against the Huskies. The Pickering, Ont., native also recorded a game-high six shots on goal as the Terriers improved to 12-2-3 (4-1-3 HEA).
In her first season with the Terriers, Wakefield leads the squad with 13 goals and ranks second on the team with 24 points.
