After scoring the game-winning goal against Yale in Saturday’s home opener, sophomore Sarah Lefort of the Boston University women’s ice hockey team has been named GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

The sophomore forward assisted on the Terriers’ first goal of the game before scoring an unassisted goal to break a 1-1 tie and lift BU to its third win of the season. It was Lefort’s second game-winner in three games and her ninth career GWG.

Lefort is enrolled in the College of General Studies.
