
Men's Lacrosse Places Seven on PL Honor Roll

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. -- Seven members of the Boston University men's lacrosse team were named to the Patriot League Men's Lacrosse Academic Honor Roll, the conference office announced on Thursday.
Two Terriers were selected for the second straight season, as sophomores Brian Badgett and Jake Dansey had another exceptional year in the classroom. Dansey led the Terriers with a 3.71 grade-point average as a computer engineering major while Badgett posted a 3.40 GPA in the Questrom School of Business, majoring in business administration and management.
The five other BU honorees also major in business administration and management, four of them freshmen. Jack Wilson coupled his outstanding on-field debut with a 3.55 GPA. Reid Randall turned in a 3.63 GPA while Jack Wheeler (3.35) and James Burke (3.29) also shined as students. Sophomore Madison Palms earned his first selection to the PL honor roll with a 3.43 GPA.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's winter or spring championship sports.
