
Dearth Named PL Offensive Player of the Week

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Junior Cal Dearth of the Boston University men's lacrosse team was named Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday.
Dearth was terrific in the Terriers pair of victories this past week. His best performance came in a 9-8 win at then-No. 14/15 Harvard on Tuesday night. He matched his career high with four goals and also had two assists to lead the Terrier offense. Dearth scored the team's final three goals of the game as part of a 4-0 run that gave the Terriers a 9-5 lead early in the fourth quarter.
On Saturday at Lafayette, Dearth notched a goal and an assist to help BU earn a 16-6 victory. It was Dearth's sixth straight multi-point game. He will enter the Terriers' April 2 game against Lehigh with 11 goals and 12 assists for 23 points.
