Gray Collects Two More Year-End Awards

BOSTON - Freshman Chris Gray of the Boston University men's lacrosse team earned two more year-end awards this week, as he was selected as ECAC Rookie of the Year on Wednesday, one day after earning a spot on the All-New England First Team.
Gray is the first player in program history to earn ECAC Rookie of the Year honors. He also became the third Terrier in the last two years to garner first-team accolades on the All-New England squad. Gray is the also the seventh player in school history to receive All-New England status.
Named an Inside Lacrosse All-American on Sunday, Gray leads all NCAA rookies and is ninth overall with 40 assists. He is also second among all freshmen and 13th overall with 71 points. Both of those totals are new single-season program records.
A First Team All-Patriot League selection, Gray also received national recognition when he was added to the Tewaaraton Watch List.
