The No. 7/8 Boston University women's ice hockey team will begin a home-and-home series with Merrimack on Friday night at Walter Brown Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. The two teams will then skate at Lawler Rink on Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m.

DUROCHER WINS 300TH GAME
- Head coach Brian Durocher became the 15th Division I head coach to win 300 games when the Terriers defeated Holy Cross, 4-1, on Friday night.
- He has been at the helm of the program for all 15 seasons.
- Combined with his brief stint as the head coach of Colgate's men's team, Durocher has logged 313 victories.

- BU head coach Brian Durocher ranks 10th all-time among active head coaches with 301 wins.
- Durocher is the 11th National Collegiate head coach to win 300 games at one institution and currently ranks seventh among coaches still active at that school.
SPREADING THE WEALTH
- Sixteen different BU skaters have recorded a point over the last four games, with 11 having tallied at least two points.

DAVIS FINDING HER STRIDE
- Redshirt senior Sammy Davis enters the weekend having notched a point in nine of her last 11 games.
- Davis had a seven-game point streak snapped on Jan. 10 but has since tallied three goals over her last four games, including two markers in a 4-1 win at Holy Cross on Jan. 18.
- She has scored seven goals and seven assists for 14 points over the last 13 contests.
- Davis has notched a point in 14 of the last 18 games; BU is 12-1-1 in those 14 tilts and 1-3-0 in the four games in which she has not found the score sheet.
- Davis leads the Terriers in goals (11), assists (15) and points (26).
SCHROEDER HAS BEEN SENSATIONAL
- Junior goaltender Corinne Schroeder ranks third in the NCAA with a .943 save percentage and fourth in the country with a 1.47 goals-against average.Â
- Schroeder has recorded two shutouts this season and has been nearly unbeatable on the road, sporting a .954 save percentage and seven wins away from Walter Brown Arena.
- She has allowed three goals just twice this year and has yet to allow more than two even-strength goals this season.
STUART STRONG, TOO
- Sophomore Kate Stuart has been sharp in her six starts this year.
- She is 5-1-0 with a .938 save percentage and a 1.81 goals-against average.
- In her five wins she has posted a .947 save percentage and a 1.37 goals-against average.
- Stuart needed to make just 11 saves in the Terriers' 4-1 win at Holy Cross on Jan. 18.
DEFENSE IS STINGY
- BU has allowed just 1.61 goals per game, which is fourth-best in the country and second-best in Hockey East.
- At even strength (not including empty-netters), BU gives up just one goal per game.
BIG WEEKEND FOR MACKENNA
- Sophomore Mackenna Parker led the Terriers with three points in the two victories over Holy Cross.
- She began the weekend by matching her career high with two goals in the 4-1 win at home on Friday.
- Parker then added an assist in Saturday's 4-1 road triumph.
- She has scored five goals and added three assists for eight points this year.
DEZ DELIVERS ON FRIDAY
- Senior Deziray De Sousa scored a career-high two goals, including the eventual game-winner, in Friday's 4-1 win over Holy Cross.
- De Sousa has notched three points (2g, 1a) over the last three games.
- She has scored three game-winners and assisted on three others this season.
- De Sousa enters this weekend with 12 points (4g, 8a).
POWER SURGE
- Since Nov. 19, the Terriers have been the most successful power-play team in the country, clicking at 40.6%.
- BU is third overall on the power play at 27.7%.
