Fensore Nominated for Hobey Baker Award

ST. PAUL, Minn. - Junior defender Domenick Fensore has been nominated for the 2022 Hobey Baker Award, which is given annually to the top player in men's college hockey.
Fensore has been terrific for the Terriers this season, as he leads the squad in both assists (14) and points (17), both of which are new career highs. He is tied for second among league skaters in assists and is second among Hockey East defenders and 11th overall in the league in points. Fensore also leads all of the top-11 point producers within the league with 23 blocked shots. A native of Thornwood, New York, Fensore has totaled eight goals and 33 assists for 41 points in 71 career games.

Last weekend, Fensore tallied three assists and was a plus-2 in the Terriers' sweep of Arizona State. Fensore has notched a point in seven of his last eight games and has helped BU establish a six-game unbeaten streak entering Friday.
