The Boston University men's lacrosse team will continue its 10th season on Tuesday when the No. 18 Terriers host Harvard at Nickerson Field. Opening faceoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.

TERRIER TIDBITS
- BU won its fifth straight game and improved to 3-0 in the Patriot League with a 23-9 win over Holy Cross on Saturday at Nickerson.
- The 23 goals is a program record, surpassing the previous mark of 21 set last season against Lafayette.
- Senior Vince D'Alto tallied eight of his nine points in the first half, including all six goals.
- His first goal of the day was also the 100th for his career; he joins James Burr ('19), Jack Wilson ('18) and graduate student Timmy Ley as Terriers with 100 goals.
- D'Alto currently leads the NCAA in points per game (6.17) and is fourth in the nation and first in the Patriot League with an average of 3.83 goals per game.
- Thirteen different Terriers found the back of the net on Saturday, including six players who scored their first collegiate goal.
- Sophomore Zach Travaglini led those first-timers, as scored his first collegiate goal and also picked up the first two assists of his career for a three-point afternoon against Holy Cross.
- BU boasts the sixth best offense in the country and is the top-scoring team in the Patriot League, averaging 15.17 goals per game.
- Senior Conor Calderone went 15-for-22 at the X and gathered six ground balls on Saturday.
- He is now 12th in the NCAA and first in the Patriot League with a faceoff win percentage of .635.
- The entire Terrier faceoff unit is 12th in the nation in win percentage at .578.
- BU forced eight failed clears on Saturday and now own the third best ride in the nation, holding opponents to a .757 success rate on clears.
- The Terriers are also second in the NCAA and first in the conference with an average of 40.0 ground balls per game.
- Senior Roy Meyer needs just two caused turnovers to become the third active player to reach 100 caused turnovers for his career.
HISTORY WITH HARVARD
- This will be the eighth meeting between the two rivals, with Harvard crossing the Charles River to visit Nickerson for the fourth time.
- BU is 2-5 all-time against the Crimson, with the Terriers' winning in 2016 (9-8) and in 2017 (13-8).
- Four of the seven games have been one-goal affairs, including a triple-overtime thriller at Nickerson in 2019.
- BU suffered a 13-10 setback to Harvard last season in Cambridge.
SCOUTING THE CRIMSON
- Harvard has won three of its last four games since opening the season with a loss a No. 1 Virginia, most recently defeating Brown, 16-15, on Saturday in Providence.
- Sophomore Sam King leads Harvard in goals (15), assists (10) and points (25), with sophomore Owen Gaffney (10g, 5a) and senior Hayden Cheek (11g, 1a) second and third, respectively, in points.
- Sophomore Andrew DeGennaro is 53-of-121 (.438) at the faceoff X and leads the Crimson with 18 ground balls.
- Senior Chase Yager is first on Harvard with six caused turnovers.
- Junior goalkeeper Christian Barnard has started all five games for Harvard, posting a .446 save percentage and a 14.16 goals-against average.
