- BU played in the Beanpot semifinal game against Harvard at Matthews Arena on Tuesday and earned a 2-1 overtime win to advance to the title game.
- Junior Sydney Healey scored with 55 seconds left in the third period while graduate student Lindsay Bochna scored the game winner in overtime.
- Graduate student Julia Shaunessy logged two assists in the game and junior Riley Walsh tallied one.
- This marked BU's first overtime win at a neutral site since March 4, 2012, when BU defeated Providence in the Hockey East Championship 2-1 in double overtime.
