After helping the men’s tennis team conclude the regular season on a two-match win streak with a pair of singles victories and a doubles win, senior Mario Sandoval has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week.

Sandoval first helped BU avenge an earlier home loss to Bryant with a 5-2 road win against the Bulldogs on Friday by posting a 6-4, 6-4 win at No. 3 singles. He then followed up in Sunday’s 4-2 win over Colgate with a 6-2 victory at No. 2 doubles alongside classmate Jake De Vries and 6-3, 6-3 singles win at line 3.
